Private Debt Partners finances the term debt of Simple Spaces

TORONTO, January 19, 2022 /CNW/ – Private Debt Partners (“PDP“) is pleased to announce that it has funded a term loan to Home Solutions Corporation (“Simple spacesProceeds will fund a refinancing of Schedule A bank indebtedness and provide the company with working capital. January 12and, 2022 from the PDP Senior Opportunity Fund.
